FAQ’s

  • ARE WE ABLE TO SUPPLY OUR OWN ALCOHOL AND USE THE FACILITY OF THE TUK-TUK? – Sadly not. Only alcohol that is purchased within the package can be consumed and dispensed through the Tuk-Tuk. However, we are able to provide a bespoke package including any drinks you’d like, from a Champagne afternoon tea, to Prosecco cocktails.
  • DO YOU SELL ANYTHING OTHER THAN PROSECCO? – Of course. We can cater for your every need with our mobile bar, and can include draft Craft Lager or cocktails, as well as cans of San Pellegrino. We can even do non alcoholic “Sham-Pagne” for non-alcohol drinkers at your event.
  • HOW MANY GLASSES ARE INCLUDED WITHIN OUR PACKAGE? – As part of our packages we can  provide you with 160 glasses of Prosecco per keg, and 50 pints of lager per keg. Please refer to our packages for further information and prices.
  • ARE THE GLASSES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE QUOTED? – They certainly are! We provide disposable 125ml flutes for the Prosecco, as well as compostable pint and half pint glasses for the Craft Lager.
  • DO WE TAKE ALL RUBBISH AWAY? – Most definitely. We will endeavour to remove all rubbish that is related to Rock the Fizz Bar on our departure.
  • WHAT IF THE TUK-TUK IS LATE? – Please be assured that Rock the Fizz Bar will arrive in a good timely manner ready for your function.
  • WHAT DISTANCES DO YOU TRAVEL TO AN EVENT? – We will travel to your location of choice free of charge within 20 miles of the NP15 postcode. The miles travelled after will be charged at 45p per mile.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY LEFT-OVER ALCOHOL THAT WE HAVE NOT USED BUT PAID FOR? – Rock the Fizz Bar will do our upmost to ensure that all of the drink you have purchased within your package is consumed. No refund will be allocated for any leftover produce.
  • WILL YOU SELL OR PROVIDE ALCOHOL TO ALL OF OUR GUEST’S? – Within the licencing laws, we will not sell or provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Valid ID must be provided.
  • WILL MY VENUE ACCEPT THE TUK-TUK? – We hope so! Most venues will accommodate our Tuk-Tuk, however you will need to check with them beforehand to avoid disappointment.
  • ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW THE TUK-TUK PRIOR TO OUR EVENT? – Most definitely. Get in touch and we can arrange a convenient time for you to meet Valentina in person.
  • WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS? – We take a £200 deposit upfront to secure your date and the remaining balance is due, in full, 8 weeks prior to your event.
  • DOES YOUR TUK-TUK REQUIRE POWER TO RUN? – Yes, we run off mains electric, however we also have a portable generator which we can take to events if required.
